Cooking Steps

  • Peel and dice the mango. 
  • Halve 3 passion fruits and scoop out the flesh.

  • Add the mango and passion fruits to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender).
  • Add the yogurt and milk, then blend until smooth.

  • Add honey to taste.

  • Halve the last passion fruit and scoop out the flesh to dollop on top of the smoothies.
