Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove the lava cakes from the packaging and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, transfer the cream and 1 tbsp granulated sugar to a mixing bowl.
  • Use a handheld mixer to whip the cream into stiff peaks.

  • Carefully remove the lava cakes from the baking sheet, then serve on plates.

  • Top with the whipped cream and garnish with the blueberries. 
  • Scatter with the powdered sugar.
