Cooking Steps

  • Bake half of the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 - 10 minutes. 
  • Halve and pit one avocado, then remove the skin and slice the flesh.
  • Slice the baked bread lengthways, then spread the goat's cheese on each half. 
  • Top with the avocado slices, then garnish with the cress and season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Repeat the recipe for a second breakfast the next day.
