Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden
1

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Haal de gemarineerde steak uit de koelkast en laat op kamertemperatuur komen (zie Tip). Voeg 1 el roomboter per persoon toe aan een kleine kom en laat op kamertemperatuur komen. Verdeel de frieten over een bakplaat met bakpapier. Bak 20 - 25 minuten in de oven, of tot ze goudbruin zijn. Schep halverwege om.

Tip: Voor het beste resultaat haal je de steak al een halfuur tot een uur voordat je begint met koken uit de koelkast en uit de verpakking.

Snijden

Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snipper de ui. Snijd eventueel grote paddenstoelen kleiner. Rasp de Parmigiano Reggiano.

Groenten bakken

Verhit, wanneer de frieten nog 15 minuten moeten bakken, 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak de knoflook, ui en paddenstoelen 4 - 6 minuten. Voeg vervolgens de spinazie toe en bak 2 - 3 minuten verder, of tot de spinazie geslonken is. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Steak bakken

Verhit ondertussen 1 el roomboter per persoon in een koekenpan op hoog vuur. Leg de gemarineerde steak in de koekenpan zodra de roomboter goed heet is. Bak de steak 1 - 3 minuten per kant (zie Tip). Haal uit de pan en laat rusten onder aluminiumfolie. 

Tip: Bak de steak eventueel langer of korter, afhankelijk van hoe je je steak het liefst eet.

Boter maken

Voeg aan de kleine kom met roomboter de olijfolie met truffelaroma toe en meng goed. Breng op smaak met peper. 

Serveren

Verdeel de frieten over de borden en bestrooi met de Parmigiano Reggiano. Snijd de steak tegen de draad in in dunne plakken en leg naast de frieten. Verdeel de boter met truffelaroma over de steak. Serveer met de warme groenten en de mayonaise.
