Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden
1

Snijd de komkommer in de lengte doormidden en verwijder de zaadlijsten met een lepel. Snijd de komkommer in plakjes. Meng in een kom per persoon: 1 el wittewijnazijn, 1 tl suiker en een snuf zout. Voeg de komkommer toe, meng door en bewaar apart. Snijd de ui in halve ringen. Snijd paprika in smalle repen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn en hak de koriander fijn.

Saus maken

Meng in een kom de kippendijreepjes met de helft van de knoflook en per persoon: 1/2 el zonnebloemolie, 1 tl honing en 1 tl sambal. Meng in een kleine kom de Vietnamese saus, vissaus, zwarte-bonenpasta en overige knoflook met per persoon: 1 tl zoetzure saus van de komkommer en 1 1/2 el zonnebloemolie.

Kip bakken

Verhit een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak de gemarineerde kippendijreepjes 4 - 5 minuten.

Noedels koken

Breng ondertussen ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de noedels. Kook de noedels, afgedekt, 4 – 5 minuten. Giet af in een vergiet, spoel goed af met koud water en doe terug in de pan. Meng met 1/4 el zonnebloemolie per persoon om plakken te voorkomen. 

Groenten bakken

Voeg de ui en paprika toe aan de pan met de kippendijreepjes en bak 2 - 3 minuten mee. Voeg vervolgens de garnalen toe en bak nog 3 minuten. Voeg de noedels en 2 el water per persoon toe aan de hapjespan en meng met de groenten, kip en garnalen. Verhit het geheel nog 1 - 2 minuten en voeg vervolgens 3/4 van de saus toe. Meng goed. 

Serveren

Verdeel de noedels over de borden. Garneer met de taugé, pinda's, koriander en zoetzure komkommer. Verdeel de overige saus eroverheen.
