Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden.
  • Snipper de rode ui. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Hak de champignons fijn.
Bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak het rundergehakt, de ui en de knoflook 1 - 2 minuten. Meng goed, zodat het gehakt los bakt.
  • Voeg de champignons en groentemix toe en bak, afgedekt, nog 4-5 minuten.
  • Halveer de ciabatta's en bak de helften 3-4 minuten in de oven.

  • Voeg de passata toe aan de groenten en verkruimel het runderbouillonblokje erboven. Meng alles goed en laat nog 3-4 minuten zachtjes koken zonder deksel.
  • Proef goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Verdeel het mengsel daarna over de halve broodjes.
  • Verdeel de geraspte kaas over de broodjes en bak nog 2-3 minuten bovenin de oven.
Serveren

  • Snijd ondertussen de tomaat in blokjes.
  • Maak in een saladekom een dressing van per persoon 1/4 el extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 el witte balsamicoazijn.
  • Meng de dressing met de tomaat en salade. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Verdeel de halve broodjes over de borden en serveer de salade erbij.
