Breng ruim water aan de kook, met per persoon 1/2 bouillonblokje, in een pan met deksel voor de noedels (zie Tip). Schil de gember en rasp of snijd fijn. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Tip: Let jij op je zoutinname? Laat dan het bouillonblokje achterwege of voeg de helft van de teriyakisaus toe. Wie wil kan na het serveren eventueel naar smaak meer toevoegen.

Roerbakken

Verhit 1 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok op middelhoog vuur. Roerbak de gember, de kippendijreepjes en de knoflook 3 - 5 minuten. Kook ondertussen de noedels 3 - 4 minuten in de pan met deksel. Giet af en spoel af met koud water.

Groenten en teriyakisaus toevoegen

Voeg de oosterse groentemix toe aan de wok en roerbak 1 minuut mee. Voeg de noedels, teriyakisaus, sesamolie en 1/2 el ketjap per persoon toe aan de wok en verhit het geheel nog 1 minuut. Schep goed om en voeg eventueel de sojasaus, peper en zout toe naar smaak. Snijd ondertussen de komkommer in schijfjes. Meng in een kom met 1tl el wittewijn- of rijstazijn per persoon en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Hak de pinda's grof.
