Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.

  • Verhit 1 el roomboter in een koekenpan met deksel op middelhoog vuur en bak de worst in 2 - 3 minuten gelijkmatig bruin.
  • Voeg de ui toe aan de pan en bak, afgedekt, 8 - 10 minuten. Schep af en toe om.
  • Bak het brood 8 - 10 minuten in de oven.

  • Haal de worst uit de pan en houd apart.
  • Blus de gebakken ui af met het water. Roer de smokey tomatenketchup, de honing en de helft van het kerriepoeder erdoor.
  • Meng goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Laat de saus 2 - 3 minuten zachtjes pruttelen.

  • Snijd de broodjes open en verdeel de zuurkool erover.
  • Beleg de broodjes met de worst en de saus.
  • Bestrooi met het overige kerriepoeder naar smaak.
