Cooking Steps

  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Rasp de gember met een fijne rasp. Snijd de 2 partjes per persoon van de limoen.
  • Meng in een kom de zoete Aziatische saus, het sesamzaad, de sojasaus, de gember, de knoflook en 1/2 tl suiker per persoon. Pers er 1 partje limoen per persoon boven uit en meng goed.
  • Meng 2/3 van dit mengsel met de vegetarische runderstukjes en laat marineren terwijl je de groenten snijdt.

Tip: Let jij op je zout-inname? Gebruik dan de helft van de sojasaus.

  • Halveer de komkommer in de lengte en snijd in plakken.
  • Snijd de pruimtomaat in parten en snijd de rode ui in dunne halve ringen.
  • Verwijder de blaadjes munt van de takjes en snijd de koriander fijn.
  • Meng in een saladekom de komkommer, tomaat, rode ui en koriander goed door elkaar.

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok of hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Roerbak de vegetarische runderstukjes 2 - 3 minuten, voeg de udonnoedels toe en verhit nog 2 - 3 minuten
  • Hak ondertussen de pinda`s grof en snijd de rode peper in fijne ringen.

  • Meng de udonnoodles en vegetarische runderstukjes ook door de salade en verdeel de salade over de borden.
  • Garneer met de overige partjes limoen en de pinda`s.
  • Vergeet de overige saus niet en voeg deze samen met de rode peper toe naar smaak.
