Aardappelen bereiden

Kook ruim water in een pan met deksel voor de krieltjes. Halveer de krieltjes en snijd eventuele grote krieltjes in kwarten. Kook de krieltjes 12 – 15 minuten in de pan met deksel. Giet daarna af. Snijd ondertussen de verse krulpeterselie fijn.

Bakken

Verhit de olijfolie in een hapjespan op hoog vuur. Bak het gekruide rundergehakt 3 - 4 minuten. Voeg de groentemix en de helft van de krulpeterselie toe en bak 5 - 6 minuten.

Tip: De groentemix in dit gerecht bevat voornamelijk groene groenten. Groene groenten zijn onder andere rijk aan ijzer, calcium en foliumzuur - alle drie dragen bij aan een sterk en energiek lichaam!

Pesto toevoegen

Voeg de krieltjes en de rode pesto toe aan de hapjespan. Schep goed om en bak nog 1 - 2 minuten.

Serveren

Verdeel het gerecht over de borden. Garneer met de overige krulpeterselie.
