Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water met een flinke snuf zout aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de spaghetti.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snijd de prei fijn.
  • Veeg de champignons schoon met keukenpapier en snijd in plakken.
  • Weeg de spaghetti af en kook, afgedekt, in 10 - 12 minuten beetgaar. Bewaar 50 ml per persoon van het kookvocht en giet de pasta af.
Bakken

  • Verhit de olijfolie in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Leg de gehaktballen in de pan. Voeg de Mexicaanse kruiden (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) toe aan de pan en bak de gehaktballen in 3 – 5 minuten rondom bruin.
  • Voeg de knoflook, champignons en prei toe aan de pan met gehaktballen en roerbak 5 - 6 minuten.
Saus bereiden

  • Verkruimel het bouillonblokje boven de pan.
  • Voeg de tomatenblokjes en het achtergehouden kookvocht toe en breng aan de kook. 
  • Voeg de spaghetti en de kruidenroomkaas toe.
  • Roer goed door en bak het geheel nog 1 - 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Serveren

  • Serveer de pasta in diepe borden.
