Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Scheur de mozzarella in kleine stukken.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen. 
  • Snijd de rode peper fijn.

  • Meng in een kleine kom de passata met de Italiaanse kruiden en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Snijd het vel van de worst open en knijp het vlees uit het vel.
  • Verdeel het worstvlees in kleine stukken.

  • Verdeel de tomatensaus over de pizzabodems.
  • Beleg de pizza met de ui, rode peper, het worstvlees en de mozzarella (zie Tip). 
  • Besprenkel met een beetje extra vierge olijfolie. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 

Tip: Let op! Rode peper is pittig. Gebruik eventueel minder naar smaak of serveer apart.

  • Bak de pizza's 13 - 15 minuten in de oven.
  • Verdeel de pizza's over de borden.
  • Garneer de pizza's met het basilicum.
