Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 210 graden. Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de broccoli. Snijd de bloem van de broccoli in kleine roosjes en de steel in blokjes (zie TIP). Snijd de ui in dunne ringen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Tip: Let op: de broccoli moet straks in de quiche, dus zorg ervoor dat de roosjes niet te groot zijn.

Broccoli koken

Kook de broccoli, afgedekt, in 3-4 minuten half-gaar in de pan met deksel.

Ui bakken

Verhit ondertussen 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan en fruit de ui en knoflook 4-5 minuten aan.

Vulling maken

Meng in een kom de eieren, de slagroom, de gedroogde oregano en de tijm. Verbrokkel de feta erboven en roer erdoor. Breng het mengsel goed op smaak met peper en zout. Halveer de cherrytomaten.

Quiche maken

Vet een bakvorm of ovenschaal in met 1/4 el olijfolie per persoon en bekleed deze met de benodigde hoeveelheid quichedeeg (zie TIP). Leg de broccoli, gehalveerde cherrytomaten en gebakken ui op het quichedeeg. Giet het ei-fetamengsel over de groente. Bak de quiche 30-35 minuten in de oven, of tot hij gaar is.

Tip: Je kun ook eerst wat bakpapier in de ovenschaal leggen en daar het quichedeeg overheen leggen, in plaats van de schaal in te vetten. Zo haal je de quiche er straks gemakkelijk uit.
