Cooking Steps

  • Breng de aangegeven hoeveelheid water met een snufje zout aan de kook in een pan. Kook de sushirijst, afgedekt, in 12 – 15 minuten gaar op laag vuur.
  • Zet het vuur uit, dek de pan af en laat staan tot serveren.

  • Snijd de komkommer in plakken.
  • Meng in een kom 1 el wittewijnazijn met 1 tl suiker.
  • Voeg de komkommer toe, breng op smaak met peper en zout en meng goed. Zet opzij tot serveren en roer af en toe door.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakken.

  • Verhit 1 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de tonijnblokjes in 1 - 3 minuten gelijkmatig bruin (zie Tip). Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: De tonijnblokjes zijn smaakvoller en malser als ze nog rauw zijn vanbinnen. Eet je ze liever minder rauw? Bak ze dan nog 1 - 2 minuten verder per kant.

  • Roer de rijst los met een vork en roer er 1 el wittewijnazijn en 1 tl suiker doorheen.
  • Serveer de rijst in kommen. Verdeel de tonijn, komkommer, avocado en sojabonen erover.
  • Besprenkel met de sriracha-mayo en garneer met de furikake.
