Cooking Steps

  • Rasp de schil van 1 citroen met een fijne rasp.
  • Halveer de citroenen in de lengte en schep het vruchtvlees eruit.
  • Plaats een zeef boven een kom. Snijd het vruchtvlees fijn en voeg toe aan de zeef. Druk met de achterkant van een lepel het vruchtvlees uit, zodat het citroensap vrijkomt.
  • Zet het citroensap en de citroenrasp opzij.

  • Verwarm de slagroom en de suiker in een pan op middelhoog vuur. Roer 5 - 6 minuten, tot de suiker is gesmolten en de room bubbelt.
  • Zet het vuur laag en laat 10 - 12 minuten sudderen.
  • Haal de pan van het vuur. Voeg het citroensap en de citroenrasp toe en meng goed door.

  • Verdeel het mengsel over de citroenen.
  • Laat afkoelen tot kamertemperatuur, dek af en zet minimaal 3 uur in de koelkast (zie Tip).

Tip: Je kunt de possets maximaal 24 uur van tevoren maken. Laat ze gewoon afkoelen in de koelkast.

  • Garneer de lemon possets met de muntbladeren.
