  • Heat a clean frying pan over medium-high heat and toast the shaved almonds for 4 - 5 minutes, or until golden.
  • Peel and dice 1 mango.
  • Serve a third of the yogurt into two bowls. Garnish with the mango and the toasted almonds. 
  • Drizzle honey on top as preferred.
