Cooking Steps

  • Halveer de aubergine in de lengte. 
  • Kerf met een mes een ruitpatroon in het vruchtvlees. 
  • Meng in een kleine kom de miso, Koreaanse kruiden, wittewijnazijn, honing, sojasaus en zonnebloemolie.

  • Verwarm de barbecue voor (zie Tip).
  • Leg de aubergine op de schil op de barbecue. Besprenkel met wat van de misodressing.
  • Grill de aubergine 30 - 35 minuten. 
  • Besprenkel de aubergine elke 10 minuten wat van misodressing. 

Tip: Je kunt de aubergine ook in de oven op 200 graden roosteren. De bereidingswijze blijft verder hetzelfde.

  • Snijd de bosui in fijne ringen.
  • Strooi in de laatste minuut van de baktijd het sesamzaad over de aubergine.

  • Leg de gegrilde aubergine op een serveerschaal. 
  • Garneer met de bosui en de furikake.
