Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan voor de pasta. Verkruimel 1/2 bouillonblokje per persoon erboven. Kook de pasta 10 - 12 minuten. Bewaar wat van het kookvocht, giet daarna af en laat uitstomen.
  • Snijd de paprika in reepjes. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.
  • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) en snijd de rode peper fijn.
Bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon in een hapjespan op hoog vuur.
  • Voeg de paprika, knoflook en rode peper toe aan de hapjespan en bak 1 - 2 minuten.
  • Voeg het gehakt toe en bak 2 - 3 minuten mee.

Weetje: Wist je dat (punt)paprika naast vitamine C ook rijk is aan vitamine E? Vitamine E is een antioxidant die ook in zonnebloemolie, volkoren producten, noten, zaden en groene groenten zit.

Saus maken

  • Voeg de tomatenblokjes toe aan de hapjespan en bak nog 2 - 3 minuten.
  • Snijd ondertussen de peterselie fijn.
  • Zet het vuur lager en scheur de spinazie, eventueel in delen, klein boven de hapjespan. Laat al roerend slinken.
Serveren

  • Roer de roomkaas door de saus. Proef en breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Meng de pasta door de saus. Voeg eventueel wat kookvocht toe als de saus te droog lijkt.
  • Verdeel de pasta met saus over diepe borden. Besprenkel met de harissa en garneer met de peterselie.
