Cooking Steps

Noedels koken

  • Breng ruim water met 1/4 bouillonblokje per persoon aan de kook in een pan voor de noedels.
  • Kook de noedels 4 - 5 minuten, of tot beetgaar. Bewaar wat van het kookvocht, giet af en laat uitstomen.
  • Meng in een kom de biefstukreepjes met de ketjap en de bloem. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Groenten snijden

  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.
  • Snijd de bosui in 3 gelijke stukken en houd het witte en het groene gedeelte apart.
  • Snijd de wortel in dunne halve maantjes.
  • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) en snijd fijn.
Groenten bakken

  • Verhit 1/4 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op hoog vuur en bak de rode peper 1 minuut.
  • Voeg de ui, het witte gedeelte van de bosui en de wortel toe en bak nog 5 - 6 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.
Serveren

  • Verhit 1/4 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in dezelfde koekenpan op hoog vuur en bak de biefstukreepjes 1 minuut.
  • Voeg de woksaus met gember, de noedels, de groenten, de overige bosui en 1 el kookvocht per persoon toe aan de pan en roerbak 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg eventueel meer kookvocht toe.
  • Serveer de noedels in kommen of diepe borden en garneer met de gefrituurde uitjes.
