Groenten snijden

  • Snijd de komkommer in blokjes. Snijd de botersla grof. Snijd de bieslook fijn. Snijd de citroen in partjes.
  • Maak in een saladekom een dressing van per persoon: 1/4 el olijfolie en 1/2 el citroensap. Breng op smaak met peper en eventueel zout.
  • Voeg de komkommer, de botersla en de helft van de bieslook toe aan de saladekom en meng met de dressing.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in blokjes.

  • Verhit een koekenpan zonder olie op hoog vuur en rooster de zonnebloempitten 3 - 5 minuten, of tot goudbruin.
  • Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.
Citroenmayonaise maken

  • Breng op smaak met peper en eventueel zout.
