Cooking Steps

  • Snijd de sjalot in dunne halve ringen.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakken.
  • Schaaf met een dunschiller of kaasschaaf dunne linten van de komkommer.

  • Snijd het brood in blokjes van 3 cm. 
  • Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak het brood in 6 - 8 minuten krokant. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Verdeel de gerookte zalm met twee vorken in kleine stukken.

  • Voeg de slamix en de sjalot toe aan een saladekom.
  • Voeg de dressing toe en meng goed. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Voeg de komkommer en avocado toe. 
  • Garneer met de gerookte zalm en croutons.
