Cooking Steps

  • Kook ruim water in een steelpan en kook de couscous 12 - 14 minuten, afgedekt, giet af en bewaar apart.
  • Verhit een koekenpan op hoog vuur en rooster de pompoenpitten tot ze beginnen te poppen. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.

  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in dezelfde koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. 
  • Bak de garnalen in 3 - 4 minuten gaar. Haal uit de pan en houd apart.

  • Snijd de paprika en komkommer in blokjes. 
  • Snijd de spinazie grof. 
  • Meng in een kleine kom de extra vierge olijfolie, honing, rodewijnazijn en Griekse kruidenmix. 
  • Meng goed en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Verkruimel de feta. 
  • Schenk de dressing in twee potjes. 
  • Voeg vervolgens de ingrediënten in de volgende volgorde toe aan de potjes: paprika, komkommer, couscous, spinazie, garnalen, feta en pompoenpitten (zie Tip). 

Tip: Door de volgorde aan te houden, worden de ingrediënten niet klef. De salade blijft vers en je kunt er de hele dag of later die nog week van genieten!
