Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Snijd de ui in ringen van ongeveer 1 cm dik. Pel de knoflook, maar laat de knoflook heel.
  • Halveer de wortels in de lengte en snijd in staafjes van 1 cm breed en 5 cm lang. Halveer de appel, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd elke helft in partjes.
  • Halveer de krieltjes.
Bakken

  • Meng in een kom de krieltjes, appel, wortel en ui met 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon, de Midden-Oosterse kruiden, peper en zout. Verspreid over een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Bak 30 - 40 minuten in de oven, of tot de krieltjes goudbruin kleuren. Schep halverwege om.
  • Bak de knoflook 5 minuten mee in de oven.
  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan en bak de worstjes in 5 - 10 minuten rondom bruin.
Saus maken

  • Meng in een kleine kom de zure room met de za'atar, extra vierge olijfolie, peper en zout.
  • Haal de knoflookteen uit de oven, hak fijn en meng door de saus.
  • Hak de peterselie grof.
Serveren

  • Verdeel de groenten en worstjes over de borden.
  • Besprenkel met de saus en garneer met de peterselie.
