Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Schil de bataat en pastinaak en snijd in frietjes.

Bak de frietjes.

Verdeel de frietjes over een bakplaat met bakpapier en meng met ⅔ van de olijfolie, peper en zout. Bak de frietjes 25 minuten in de oven.

Mix de groenten.

Snijd ondertussen de trio cherrytomaten doormidden, snijd de pruimtomaat klein en scheur de basilicum klein. Meng samen in een saladekom, besprenkel met de extra vierge olijfolie en zwarte balsamicoazijn en bestrooi met peper en zout.

Bak de kipworstjes.

Verhit 10 minuten voordat de frietjes klaar zijn de overige olijfolie in een koekenpan met deksel en bak de kipworstjes in 10 minuten op middelhoog vuur, afgedekt, gaar.

Verdeel de frietjes over de borden en serveer met de tomatensalade en kipworstjes.
