Cooking Steps

Bak de aardappelen.

Schil of was de aardappelen (nicola) grondig en snijd in parten. Verhit de helft van de olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel en bak de aardappelen, afgedekt, 25 – 30 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Schep tussendoor om en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Haal na 20 minuten de deksel van de wok of hapjespan.

Snijd de tomaat in blokjes.

Schil de koolrabi en snijd in blokjes van een halve cm. Snijd de pruimtomaat klein.

Bak de koolrabi.

Verhit de overige olijfolie in een koekenpan met deksel en bak de koolrabi 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Breng op smaak met peper en zout, voeg 3 el water per persoon toe en bak, afgedekt, 12 minuten.

Voeg na 8 minuten de kipgyros en tijm toe aan de koekenpan en bak, zonder deksel, mee.

Voeg vervolgens de tomaat toe aan de koekenpan en bak nog 3 – 4 minuten. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Serveer de maaltijd, eet smakelijk!

Snijd de komkommer in plakjes. Verdeel de aardappelen en de kipgyros over de borden en serveer met de labne en komkommer.
