  • Was de krieltjes. Halveer eventuele grote krieltjes of snijd in vieren. 
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.
  • Snijd de courgette in halve plakken en de paprika in reepjes.

Weetje: Wist je dat (punt)paprika naast vitamine C ook rijk is aan vitamine E? Vitamine E is een antioxidant dat ook in zonnebloemolie, volkoren producten, noten, zaden en groene groenten zit.

Krieltjes bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el roomboter per persoon in een koekenpan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Bak de krieltjes, afgedekt, 15 minuten.
  • Haal het deksel van de pan en bak nog 5 - 10 minuten. Schep regelmatig om.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Groenten en kip bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een hapjespan. Fruit de ui 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg de paprikareepjes, courgette en de kip toe.
  • Bak in 6 - 8 minuten rondom bruin en gaar (zie Tip). Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Meng de pesto door de krieltjes.
  • Verdeel de pesto-krieltjes, gebakken groenten en kip ernaast.
  • Serveer met de mayonaise.
