Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Snipper de ui.
  • Maak in een saladekom een dressing van per persoon: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie, 1/2 el witte balsamicoazijn en 1 tl mosterd.
  • Breng de dressing op smaak met peper en zout en meng de helft van de ui erdoor.
Salade maken

  • Snijd 4 plakken per persoon van de komkommer om het broodje mee te beleggen.
  • Snijd de overige komkommer in blokjes en meng in de saladekom met de dressing.
  • Meng de rucola en veldsla met de dressing in de saladekom. 
Zalmsalade maken

  • Bak de bruine ciabatta's 8 - 10 minuten in de oven.
  • Snijd de dille fijn.
  • Meng in een kom de zalmsnippers met de citroenmayo met zwarte peper, de overige ui en de dille. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
