Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 210 graden en maak de maiskolf schoon. Leg elke kolf op een stuk aluminiumfolie. Verdeel de roomboter er in klontjes over, breng op smaak met peper en zout en vouw de aluminiumfolie dicht zodat er geen lucht bij kan komen. Bak de maiskolven 30 minuten in de oven. Let op: maak voorzichtig open want er komt hete stoom uit!

Bak het broodje 6 – 8 minuten bij de maiskolf in de oven.

Snijd de rode ui in fijne halve ringen. Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak de köfte-runderburgers 4 – 6 op middelhoog vuur. Voeg halverwege de rode ui toe.

Maak in een kom een sausje van de yoghurt, paprikapoeder en peper en zout naar smaak.

Snijd de romatomaat in plakken, verdeel over een bord, besprenkel met de helft van de extra vierge olijfolie en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Meng in een saladekom de veldsla met de overige extra vierge olijfolie, zwarte balsamicoazijn, en peper en zout naar smaak.

Snijd het broodje doormidden en verdeel over de borden. Zet alle ingrediënten op tafel en beleg het broodje naar wens met de yoghurtsaus, köfteburgers, tomaat, sla en gebakken rode ui. Serveer het broodje met de maiskolf.
