Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Halveer de komkommer in de lengte en snijd vervolgens in staafjes.
  • Halveer de avocado en verwijder de pit en schil. Snijd het vruchtvlees in plakken.
  • Verkruimel de feta.

  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg de kippendijreepjes en BBQ-rub (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) toe en bak 4 - 6 minuten. 
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Verpak ondertussen de tortilla's in aluminiumfolie en verwarm ze 3 - 4 minuten in de oven.

  • Beleg de tortilla's met de kip, avocado, feta en komkommer.
  • Verdeel de rucola en veldsla erover en besprenkel met extra vierge olijfolie.
