Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Was de aardappelen en snijd in partjes. Meng de aardappelpartjes in een kom met 1/4 el olijfolie per persoon, peper en zout. Verdeel over een bakplaat met bakpapier en bak 25 – 35 minuten in de oven, of tot ze gaar en krokant zijn. Schep halverwege om. Bak de demi-baguette de laatste 6 – 8 minuten mee.

Tip: Deze maaltijd is calorierijk. Let jij op je calorie-inname? Serveer dan het broodje hamburger zonder de aardappeltjes. Gebruik de aardappelen later deze week voor een soep, puree of aardappelsalade.

Snijden

Snijd ondertussen de pruimtomaat en de tomaat in kleine blokjes. Snipper de helft van de rode ui heel fijn en snijd de rest in halve ringen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn.

Tomatensalsa maken

Meng in een kom de fijngesneden rode ui, de tomatenblokjes, de knoflook, de extra vierge olijfolie en de zwarte balsamicoazijn. Breng op smaak met peper. Meng in een kleine kom de basilicumcrème met de mayonaise.

Hamburger bakken

Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de burger samen met de halve rode uiringen 2 – 3 minuten per kant, of tot de burger bruin kleurt. Strooi in de laatste minuut 3/4 van de Italiaanse kaas over de burger.

Beleggen

Snijd de demi-baguette open en smeer de basilicummayonaise op het broodje. Snijd de burger door de helft en leg de halve burgers op de baguette. Bedek met 3 el tomatensalsa per persoon en wat van de gemengde sla naar wens.

Serveren

Meng de overige salade met de rest van de tomatensalsa en serveer ernaast. Garneer de salade met de overige Italiaanse kaas.
