Voorbereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Meng in een kom de helft van de knoflook met 2/3 van de volle yoghurt. Breng op smaak met peper en zout en zet apart. Snijd de komkommer in blokjes. Snijd de rode ui in halve ringen.

Tip: Heb je een grote knoflookteen ontvangen of vind je rauwe knoflook al gauw te scherp? Gebruik dan de helft.

Saus maken

Verwarm 1/4 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoogvuur. Bak de overige knoflook met de helft van de rode ui 2 - 3 minuten. Voeg de tomatenpuree toe en bak 1 minuut mee. Voeg 40 ml water per persoon toe en verkruimel 1/4 bouillonblokje per persoon boven de pan. Laat 1 minuut inkoken.

Tip: Let jij op je zoutinname? Gebruik dan de helft van de benodigde hoeveelheid van het bouillonblokje.

Salade aanmaken

Meng in een saladekom: 1/2 el extra vierge olijfolie per persoon, de overige yoghurt, peper en zout. Voeg de komkommer, overige rode ui, ijsbergsla en radicchio toe aan de saladekom en schep om.

Tip: Aan de vegetarische döner is speciaal voor ons minder zout toegevoegd. Het resultaat is even lekker, maar beter voor ons. En wist je dat de döner kebab is gemaakt van tarwe en knolselderij en daardoor 100% plantaardig en een bron van vezels is? Vanwege het hoge aantal eiwitten is het ook nog eens super voedzaam!

Naanpizza bakken en serveren

Verdeel de naanbroden over een bakplaat met bakpapier en besmeer met de tomatensaus. Beleg de naanpizza’s met de kaas en bak 4 - 6 minuten in de oven. Verhit 1/4 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de vegetarische döner kebab in 3 minuten gaar. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart. Verdeel de kebab over de naanpizza‘s en verdeel de pizza‘s daarna over de borden. Besprenkel met de knoflook-yoghurtsaus. Serveer de salade ernaast.

Tip: Deze maaltijd is calorierijk. Let jij op je calorie-inname? Gebruik dan 1/3 van de kaas. De overige kaas kun je de volgende dag bijvoorbeeld in een lunchsalade verwerken of je boterham mee garneren.
