Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de wittewijnazijn met de suiker.
  • Voeg de ui toe aan de kom, breng op smaak met peper en zout en meng goed. Zet opzij tot serveren en schep af en toe om.

  • Snijd de tomaat in blokjes.
  • Snijd de komkommer in halve maantjes.
  • Verkruimel de witte kaas.

  • Verhit 1 el olijfolie in een koekenpan op hoog vuur en bak de falafel 2 - 4 minuten.
  • Besprenkel het platbrood met een beetje water en strooi er
    wat za’atar overheen.
  • Bak het platbrood 2 - 3 minuten in de oven, of tot het knapperig is.

  • Besmeer de platbroden met de aioli (zie Tip).
  • Beleg met de sla, tomaat en komkommer.
  • Leg de falafel op de groenten.
  • Garneer met de ingelegde ui, de witte kaas en de overige za'atar.

Tip: Ben je fan van pittig eten? Voeg dan naar smaak wat sambal toe aan je wrap.
