Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan met deksel en bak de varkensworst in 2 – 3 minuten op middelhoog vuur rondom bruin.Breng ruim water aan de kook voor de krieltjes en kook de krieltjes 8 minuten in een pan met deksel. Giet af.Dek de pan met worst af en bak 8 – 10 minuten op middellaag vuur. Keer regelmatig om.

Salade maken

Maak in een saladekom een dressing van de mosterd, wittewijnazijn en extra vierge olijfolie.Snijd de gele paprika in blokjes.Snijd de vleestomaat in blokjes.Meng de gemengde sla, gele paprika en vleestomaat door de dressing in de saladekom en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Halve krieltjes meebakken

Leg de varkensworst op borden.Voeg de krieltjes toe aan de koekenpan van de varkensworst en schep om met de pesto.Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
