Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Schil de aardappelen of was ze grondig en snijd in parten. Verdeel de aardappelparten over een bakplaat met bakpapier en meng met de olijfolie, peper en zout. Bak de aardappelparten 30 – 40 minuten in de oven. Schep halverwege om. Bak de laatste 4 – 5 minuten de hamburgerbol mee.

Snijd ondertussen de rode ui in halve ringen. Snijd de vleestomaat in plakken en haal de bladeren sla los van de krop. Meng in een saladekom de vleestomaat met de sla, de zwarte balsamicoazijn en extra vierge olijfolie naar smaak. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Verhit in een koekenpan met deksel de roomboter op middellaag vuur en bak de rode ui 4 – 6 minuten.

Verhoog het vuur naar middelhoog en leg de burger bij de uienringen in de koekenpan. Bak de burger 1 – 2 minuten en keer om. Beleg de burger met 1/2 plak Old Amsterdam per persoon en dek de pan af. Zet het vuur laag en laat de kaas in 2 – 3 minuten smelten. Haal de burger daarna uit de pan.

Snijd de hamburgerbol open. Beleg met wat botersla, een plak vleestomaat, wat rode ui en de burger. Schenk het bakvet over de burger.

Serveer de burger met de aardappelparten, de overige salade en de mayonaise.
