Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden en bak de hamburgerbollen 3 – 6 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven.Meng in een saladekom de honing, witte balsamicoazijn en extra vierge olijfolie tot een dressing. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.Snijd de meloen in parten, verwijder de pitjes en de schil. Snijd de meloen in kleine blokjes of gebruik een kleine lepel om balletjes uit de parten te scheppen. Leg de meloen in de saladekom.

Hamburger bakken

Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de hamburger 2 - 3 minuten per kant, of tot hij gaar is. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Salade maken

Verbrokkel ondertussen de feta. Haal de blaadjes munt van de takjes en snijd in reepjes. Snijd de veldsla klein. Snijd de komkommer in kleine blokjes. Voeg de munt en komkommer toe aan de saladekom en schep om. Open de hamburgerbol en besmeer beide kanten met aioli.
