Cooking Steps

Aardappelen bakken

Schil de aardappelen of was ze grondig en snijd in parten. Verhit de olijfolie in een hapjespan met deksel en bak de aardappelen, afgedekt, 25 – 35 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Haal na 20 minuten het deksel van de pan. Schep regelmatig om en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Wist je dat aardappelen supergezonde energiebronnen zijn? Naast veel vezels en kalium bevatten ze ook veel vitaminen zoals vitamine B6 en B11 voor je energieniveau en vitamine C voor een sterke weerstand.

Snijden

Snijd de radijs in dunne plakken. Snijd de komkommer in plakjes. Hak de dille grof en snipper de ui. Snijd de lollo biondo fijn.

Salade maken

Meng in een saladekom de wittewijnazijn, honing, extra vierge olijfolie en 1/2 tl mosterd per persoon tot een dressing. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Meng vervolgens de radijs, komkommer, ui, lollo biondo en de dille door de dressing.

Tip: Houd je niet van rauwe ui? Bak hem dan in stap 5 mee met de heekfilet.

Heekfilet insmeren

Dep de heekfilet droog met keukenpapier. Smeer beide kanten van de vis goed in met de overige mosterd. Gebruik je handen of een kwastje. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Heekfilet bakken

Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de heekfilet 2 - 3 minuten op de huid. Verlaag het vuur en bak de vis nog 1 - 2 minuten op de andere zijde. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Serveren

Verdeel de salade over de borden. Meng met de gebakken aardappelen en leg de heekfilet met mosterd erbovenop.

Tip: Deze maaltijd zit vol vitaminen en mineralen, bevat weinig zout en calorieën en is dus lekker licht en evenwichtig.
