Preheat the oven to 200°. Wash or peel the potatoes and slice into fries of max 1cm thick. In a bowl, toss the fries with half of the olive oil, 1 tsp BBQ spice rub (take care, this ingredient is spicy! Use as preferred) each and some salt and pepper. Spread the fries over a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Toss halfway through.

Place the corn cob on a piece of aluminium foil of 30 x 30 cm. Spread half the plant-based margarine over the corn and season with salt and pepper. Fold the aluminium foil shut over the corn so that no air can get in, then bake in the oven with the fries for 30 minutes. Take care when opening the foil because hot steam will come out.

Slice the onion into thin half rings. Heat the rest of the plant-based margarine in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the onion for 2 - 3 minutes, add a pinch of salt. Add the onion chutney and 1/2 tsp BBQ spice rub and fry for 2 - 3 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside. Slice the tomato while the onion is frying.

Put the ciabatta in the oven to bake for 5 - 7 minutes. Heat the rest of the olive oil in the same frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the burger for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.

Slice the ciabatta open and top with the onion chutney, burger and tomato slices. You can also serve the toppings in small bowls so that everyone can make their own burger.

Serve the burger and corn on the cob on plates alongside the fries.
