Cooking Steps

Paprika snijden

Kook 250 ml water per persoon in een pan met deksel voor de zilvervliesrijst. Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de gele paprika en snijd de paprika in smalle repen.

Kalkoenshoarma bakken

Verhit de olijfolie in een wok of hapjespan met deksel op middellaag vuur. Bak de gele paprika en de kalkoenshoarma 5 minuten. Haal uit de pan en bewaar, ingepakt in aluminiumfolie.

Koken

Kook ondertussen de rijst in de pan met deksel, 12 - 15 minuten, afgedekt, op laag vuur. Giet daarna als het nodig is af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen. Bak de linzen in de wok of hapjespan al roerend 1 minuut en voeg 75 ml water per persoon toe. Laat afgedekt 12 minuten zachtjes koken.

Spinazie slinken

Snijd ondertussen de abrikozen en tomaat klein. Voeg de laatste 6 minuten de tomaat, een klein deel van de abrikozen, de kalkoenshoarma en paprika toe aan de linzen. Voeg het grootste deel van de spinazie (evt. in delen) toe en laat al roerend slinken.

Op smaak brengen

Verdeel de overige spinazie over de borden en voeg de rijst toe aan de linzen. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Serveren

Serveer de linzenschotel over de spinazie en garneer met de overige abrikozen.
