Cooking Steps

  • Verhit een kleine koekenpan zonder olie op middellaag vuur.
  • Voeg de zonnebloempitten toe aan de pan en rooster tot ze beginnen te kleuren.
  • Zet het vuur uit en laat de pitten in de pan tot serveren.

  • Snipper de sjalot. 
  • Meng in een saladekom 2 el extra vierge olijfolie, 2 tl zwarte balsamicoazijn en 2 tl honing. Meng de gesnipperde sjalot door de dressing en breng eventueel op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Halveer de zongedroogde tomaten.

  • Voeg de rucola toe aan de saladekom en meng met de dressing. 
  • Verdeel de zongedroogde tomaten over de salade.

  • Bestrooi de salade met de grana padano-vlokken en de geroosterde zonnebloempitten.
  • Besprenkel met de balsamicocrème.
