Snijd de komkommer en tomaat in kleine blokjes.

Verhit een koekenpan, zonder olie, op hoog vuur en rooster de pompoenpitten tot ze beginnen te poffen. Haal uit de pan en bewaar apart.

Meng in een saladekom de mayonaise, yoghurt, 2 tl mosterd en 2 tl wittewijnazijn. Voeg de slamix, tomaat, komkommer en oude kaas toe en meng goed door elkaar. Breng goed op smaak met peper en zout.
