Een Frans nagerecht met een goud randje

De physalis wordt ook wel goudbes genoemd. Je verwerkt de bessen in een clafoutis. Dit is een toetje uit de Franse keuken. Oorspronkelijk wordt clafoutis gemaakt met kersen, maar wij hebben gekozen voor een variant met physalis. Vind je het lekker? Maak clafoutis dan ook eens met andere fruitsoorten!

Cooking Steps

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.

Klop het ei in een kom met een mixer luchtig. Zeef de bloem boven de kom en voeg de kristalsuiker en een snufje zout toe.

Voeg vervolgens de slagroom en het vanille-extract toe.

Voeg vervolgens de slagroom en het vanille-extract toe en mix tot een dik beslag.

Verdeel de bessen over 2 kleine ovenschaaltjes.

Verdeel de physalis over de bakvormen, maar houd er 1 per persoon apart ter garnering. Schenk het beslag over de physalis en bak de clafoutis 20 minuten in de oven.

Garneer met hele goudbes en de poedersuiker.

Laat de clafoutis 5 minuten afkoelen voor het serveren. Garneer met de achtergehouden physalis en de poedersuiker.
