Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Snijd de ui in halve ringen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. 
  • Verhit de zonnebloemolie in een hapjespan met deksel op middelhoog vuur. Bak de knoflook en ui 2 minuten.
  • Bereid ondertussen de bouillon.
  • Voeg de aardappelen, passata, Afrikaanse kruidenmix en bouillon toe aan de hapjespan. Dek de hapjespan af en laat 5 - 6 minuten koken. Haal het deksel van de hapjespan en kook 3 - 4 minuten verder. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Gehaktballetjes bakken

  • Verhit de roomboter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de gehaktballetjes in 3 - 4 minuten rondom bruin.
  • Zet het vuur lager en dek de koekenpan af. Bak 6 - 8 minuten verder, of tot de gehaktballetjes gaar zijn.
  • Roer de honing erdoor en bak 1 minuut verder. 
Salade maken

  • Snijd de komkommer in dunne halve maantjes.
  • Hak de peterselie en munt fijn en bewaar apart van elkaar.
  • Prak in een kom de feta met een vork. Meng met de wittewijnazijn en extra vierge olijfolie. 
  • Roer de komkommer en munt erdoor en breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Verdeel de aardappelen over de borden.
  • Serveer met de sticky gehaktballetjes en garneer met de peterselie.
  • Serveer met de smashed-fetasalade.
