Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water met 1/4 bouillonblokje per persoon aan de kook in een pan voor de rijst.
  • Kook de rijst 10 minuten op middelhoog vuur. Giet daarna af en laat uitstomen.
Bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de kippendijreepjes toe, breng op smaak met peper en zout en bak in 6 - 8 minuten gaar. 
  • Bak de zoet-pittige chilisaus en 1/2 el ketjap per persoon de laatste minuut mee met de kip. Meng goed. Haal de kip met saus uit de pan en bewaar apart. 
  • Verhit ondertussen 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een wok of hapjespan op middelmatig vuur. Voeg de groentemix toe en bak 5 - 6 minuten.
  • Snijd ondertussen het selderijblad fijn. 
Nasi afmaken

  • Voeg de rijst, het selderijblad, de nasi-bamikruidenmix, de sojasaus, de zoete Aziatische saus en 1/2 el ketjap per persoon toe aan de pan met groenten en bak 2 - 3 minuten mee op hoog vuur (zie Tip).
  • Schep niet te vaak om, zodat de rijst goed kan bakken. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Let jij op je zoutinname? Gebruik dan de helft van de aangegeven hoeveelheid sojasaus.

  • Verhit ondertussen de pindasaus op middelhoog vuur in de pan van de kip.
  • Verdeel de nasi over diepe borden. 
  • Verdeel de pindasaus en de kip met saus over de nasi. 
  • Garneer met de gefrituurde uitjes. 

Weetje: Wortel zit boordevol vitamine A - goed voor de groei, de gezondheid van je huid, haar en nagels en een goede werking van je ogen en afweersysteem. Het zit bijvoorbeeld ook in boerenkool, spinazie, broccoli en ei.
