Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Breng ruim water aan de kook in een pan met deksel voor de noedels.
  • Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Rasp de gember met een fijne rasp.
  • Snipper de ui. Snijd de paprika in reepjes. Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de rode peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) en snijd fijn.
  • Snijd de bosui in fijne ringen. Houd een klein deel van het groene gedeelte apart voor de garnering.

 

Noedels koken

  • Verhit 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur. Fruit de gember, knoflook, rode peper en ui 1 - 2 minuten.
  • Voeg de bulgogisaus, de bosui en de paprika toe aan de hapjespan en bak 4 - 5 minuten op middelhoog vuur. 
  • Kook ondertussen de noedels 2 - 3 minuten in de pan met deksel. Voeg in de laatste minuut de gesneden spitskool toe en kook mee.

Weetje: Deze volkoren noedels zijn gemaakt van 100% volkorenmeel en bevatten in vergelijking met witte noedels niet alleen meer vezels, maar ook 3 tot 5 keer meer vitaminen en mineralen zoals kalium, magnesium, ijzer en vitamine B1, B2 en E.

Groenten bakken

  • Roerbak de biefstukreepjes 1 - 2 minuten mee. 
  • Giet de noedels en spitskool af en voeg toe aan de hapjespan.
  • Blus het geheel af met de sojasaus (let op: zout! Voeg geleidelijk toe en proef goed tussendoor) en per persoon: 1 tl wittewijnazijn en 1 el water.
  • Meng alles goed door elkaar en verhit nog 1 minuut op hoog vuur.

 

Serveren

  • Verdeel de noedels met de groenten en biefstukreepjes over de borden.
  • Garneer het geheel met de sesamzaadjes en het overige groene gedeelte van de bosui.
