Cooking Steps

Aardappelen koken
1

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Was of schil de aardappelen en snijd in grove stukken. Zet de aardappelen onder water in een pan met deksel en kook, afgedekt 10 - 12 minuten. Giet af en laat zonder deksel uitstomen.

Spekjes bakken

Verhit een hapjespan zonder olie op middelhoog vuur en bak de spekreepjes in 3 - 4 minuten knapperig. Snijd de ui in halve ringen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Haal het spek uit de pan en houd apart. Bak vervolgens in dezelfde hapjespan de ui, knoflook, spitskool en broccoli 3 - 4 minuten. Blus af met 1 el water per persoon en laat het vocht verdampen. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Puree maken

Stamp de aardappelen met een aardappelstamper tot een grove puree. Voeg per persoon: 1/4 tl gehaktkruiden, 1 tl mosterd en een scheutje melk toe. Stamp goed door. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. Verkruimel de verse geitenkaas.

Vul een ovenschaal met de gebakken groenten, verkruimelde verse geitenkaas en spekjes. Verdeel hierover de puree. Bestrooi de puree met de geraspte geitenkaas.

Gratineren

Zet de ovenschaal 5 - 6 minuten in de oven, of tot de kaas mooi goudbruin is gekleurd (zie Tip).

Tip: Heeft jouw oven een grillstand? Zet deze dan aan en gratineer de kaas van de ovenschotel. Pas op dat het niet verbrandt!
