Cooking Steps

Garnalen bereiden

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Dep de garnalen droog met keukenpapier en meng ze in een kom met de helft van de mayonaise, peper en zout. Haal de garnalen vervolgens door de panko. Verhit 1 el roomboter per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de garnalen 4 – 6 minuten, of tot ze goudbruin zijn.

Salade maken

Halveer de venkel, snijd in kwarten en verwijder de harde kern. Snijd de venkel in dunne reepjes. Bewaar het eventuele venkelloof. Meng in een saladekom de rodekool en wortel met de venkel, de overige mayonaise en per persoon: 1/2 tl honing en 1/2 el witte balsamicoazijn. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Verpak de tortilla's in aluminiumfolie en verwarm 3 - 4 minuten in de oven. Snijd ondertussen de tomaat in kleine blokjes.

Verdeel de salade over de tortilla's. Leg de garnalen erop en verdeel de tomatenblokjes erover. Garneer met venkelloof.
