Cooking Steps

  • Halve the brioche buns. 
  • In a deep plate, add the eggs, milk, 50g of sugar and the cinnamon.
  • Whisk everything together thoroughly.

  • Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Meanwhile, soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture two by two, until they are completely saturated.

  • Add the slices directly to the pan and fry for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Repeat until all of the slices are done.

  • Serve the French toast on plates. 
  • Sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. 
  • Garnish with the blueberries.
