Cooking Steps

Voorbereiden

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
  • Snijd de komkommer in staafjes van 5 cm.
  • Meng in een kom de wittewijnazijn met de suiker. Voeg de komkommer toe, meng goed en bewaar apart. 
  • Was de aardappelen en snijd in partjes (zie Tip).

Gezondheidstip: Dit recept bevat veel calorieën. Let jij op je calorie-inname? Bereid dan de helft van de aardappelen. De rest kun je een andere keer gebruiken.

Saus maken

  • Breng een bodempje water aan de kook in een hapjespan.
  • Voeg de aardappelen toe aan de hapjespan en stoom, afgedekt, 12 - 15 minuten.
  • Snijd de munt fijn. Meng in een kleine kom de munt met de mayonaise, het water en extra vierge olijfolie naar smaak. Breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
  • Snijd ondertussen de ui in halve ringen. Pers de knoflook of snijd fijn. Snijd de paprika in reepjes.
Biefstukreepjes bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur en bak de ui, paprika, knoflook en oregano 4 - 6 minuten. 
  • Verpak de tortilla's in aluminiumfolie en verwarm 3 - 4 minuten in de oven.
  • Voeg de biefstukreepjes toe aan de groenten en bak 1 - 2 minuten. Voeg de honing toe en breng op smaak met peper en zout. 
Serveren

  • Voeg 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon en de Griekse kruidenmix toe aan de pan met aardappelen en meng goed.
  • Bak de aardappelen 1 - 2 minuten op middelhoog vuur.
  • Besmeer de tortilla's met de muntmayonaise.Vul de tortilla's met de groenten, biefstukreepjes en zoetzure komkommer, en vouw ze op.
  • Serveer met de aardappelpartjes.
