Meng in een kom de kipsatéblokjes met 1/2 el zonnebloemolie per persoon en een snufje peper en zout (zie Tip). Meng goed, dek af en zet in de koelkast tot gebruik. Verhit de satésaus vlak voor je aan tafel gaat in een kleine sauspan of steelpan op laag vuur. Serveer bij de kipsatéblokjes.

Tip: Houd je van pittig en heb je sambal in huis? Voeg dan een 1 tl per persoon toe aan de marinade.

Bak de worstjes en kipsatéblokjes tot ze gaar zijn. Bak de vegetarische nuggets goudbruin. Bak de wildzijnburger tot hij gaar is (zie Tip 1). Leg de raclettekaas in een pannetje en bak tot de kaas gesmolten is. Maak een burger met de mini-hamburgerbol, de wildzwijnburger, de uienchutney, de raclettekaas en eventueel een paar achtergehouden veldslablaadjes van de salade (zie Tip 2).

Tip: Tip 1: De wildzwijnburger krimpt tijdens het bakken. Druk hem met je spatel een beetje plat op de bakplaat. Tip 2: Vervang de wildzwijnburger door 1 of 2 vegetarische nuggets om een veggie-burger te maken.
