Patatas bravas bakken

  • Verhit 1/2 el olijfolie per persoon in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Bak de aardappelblokjes met 1 tl gerookt paprikapoeder per persoon in de koekenpan in 10 - 12 minuten knapperig (zie Tip).
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

Tip: Let jij op je calorie-inname? Serveer dan het broodje runderhamburger zonder aardappelblokjes en aioli. Deze kun je op een andere dag verwerken in een salade of een ander gerecht.

Hamburger bakken

  • Snijd de rode puntpaprika in smalle repen en de ui in dunne ringen.
  • Verhit de overige olijfolie in een hapjespan op middelhoog vuur en bak de runderburger, samen met de paprika en de ui, 2 – 3 minuten per kant, of tot de hamburger gaar is (zie Tip).

Tip: Gebruik eventueel 2 pannen als je voor meer dan 2 mensen kookt.

Salade maken

  • Snijd de komkommer in blokjes of halve maantjes.
  • Verdeel de rucola en veldsla over de borden. Leg de komkommer erop.
  • Besprenkel met de extra vierge olijfolie naar smaak en 1 tl wittewijnazijn per persoon.
  • Breng op smaak met peper en zout.

  • Snijd de hamburgerbol doormidden en besmeer met de smokey tomatenketchup.
  • Beleg de hamburgerbol met de runderburger, puntpaprika, ui en eventueel wat van de salade.
  • Leg de patatas bravas naast de salade en serveer met de aioli.
